ABOUT KALI CLASS
TSKM Kali (Filipino Martial Arts) Weekly Classes.
Focusing on weaponry: Sticks, Knives, Empty-hand drills by Dan Inosanto and Bruce Lee
Over the course of 2023 and 2024, Chief Instructor Wil has been training Kali (Filipino Martial Arts) and Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee style) on a weekly basis with his US-based instructor Steve Brown, a senior instructor from the Inosanto Academy working directly under Guru Dan Inosanto in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, California.
Wil has been training long staff, katana (sword), single-stick, double-sticks, dagger and empty-hands drills with Steve - as taught by Dan Inosanto, the renown American martial artist and actor who famously taught (and was taught by) Bruce Lee. Dan is a globally famed expert on the Filipino Martial Arts, BJJ (Machado family), Muay Thai, Silat, and is also the principle spokesperson for Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee.
Steve Brown visited TSKM briefly in September and has given Wil permission and appointment to teach Kali at Tactical Survival Krav Maga Academy

TERM DATES
We believe top quality training is reliant on having good training partners and is team-based (as opposed to say a gym where individuals just drop in/out), so it is important for us that we run by terms, each intake tracking together and growing in skills together. We ask people to join us at the start of each term, as bringing on new people mid-term can be bit disruptive for current students, as we will need to bring new folks up to scratch.
2025 Term 1: Monday January 27th - Saturday April 12th (11 Weeks)
2025 Term 2: Monday April 28th - Saturday June 28th (9 Weeks)
2025 Term 3: Monday July 14th - Saturday Sept 20th (10 Weeks)
2025 Term 4: Monday October 6th - Saturday December 20th (11 Weeks)
